4.5 Funds held in your 444x account do not earn interest. 444x is not a banking institution and your account balance does not constitute a deposit with a regulated financial institution.
5.1 All bets and wagers placed on the 444x Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, or Hi-Lo — as published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed.
